Realty Check Inspection Service is locally owned and operated by Peter Doane.

Peter has been activly involved in the construction and building material industry since 1990.

Peter has had formal training as a home inspector at Allied Home Inspection School in Laguna Hills California, and at the Professional Association of Building Inspectors (PABI) Institute in Seattle Washington.

Peter is a Washington State Licensed Home Inspector # 232, a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), Washington Association of Property Inspectors (WAPI), and is a licensed Structural Pest Inspector (SPI) by the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA)

Peter is committed to continued education and attends the Inspection Training Associates (ITA) continued education seminars yearly to refine his skills and to keep up with the increasing changing Home Inspection industry and above all, to provide the BEST possible service to his clients.

Peter adheres to a strict Code of Ethics not only of his own, but to those established by ASHI. As well, Peter follows the national Standards of Practice established by ASHI, and inspects all homes to the WA. State SOP as well. Both SOPS provide you the client with a clear understanding of the Home Inspection Process.
