In exchange for your referral, Realty Check will pay you $25 for any lead resulting in the booking and completion of a FULL Home Inspection with them. This is just our way to say THANK YOU for your business referral. **To eliminate all conflicts of interest, and to be 100% impartial in our services, any and all parties involved in the sale or transaction or that may have a vested interest in the "to be" inspected property are NOT eligible for the $25 referral gift. You must be completely neutral in your referrals to qualify for the $25 gift card. You may still refer them to us, and we hope that you do, but the gift cannot be exchanged, sorry. Why? Because Realty Check Inspection Service operates ethically and adheres to and upholds the National Standards of Practice & Code of Ethics of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) in regards to the home inspection industry.

1. Have your friends, family, or business partners call us to book their inspection and tell them to mention you as the referral party.
2. Realty Check Inspection Service will then set up an inspection with them.
3. Once the inspection is completed, we will order and mail you a $25 Visa® Gift Card. Its just that simple.
